Mr. Jitendra Kulkarni has played senior leadership roles in IT industry in Singapore and Overseas for over 35 years. Prior to founding Winspire solutions , he was the CEO of Redington India , based out of Singapore, for 8 years. Before Redington, he was the General manager-MIS of Godrej Pacific Technology Ltd. (Now Ingram Micro). He comes with a strong process consulting and software development background and has led several large digital transformation projects successfully. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Shivaji University and MBA-Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University. He also holds a post Graduate Diploma in software Technology from National Centre for Software technology (NCST), Mumbai and has completed Enterprise Leadership for Transformation program from National University of Singapore ( NUS ).

Onkar has over 20 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and BC. He has been working with Winspire since 2007 and has worked on more than 200 projects. He is responsible for Presales and Delivery related operations for Winspire group. Being involved in both pre and after sales for NAV / BC projects, he has gathered vast experience across distribution, projects, services and manufacturing industry best practices. He is an Instrumentation Engineer and MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Kartikay Rai has been an integral part of the IT and technology consulting industry, with significant contributions to presales, project delivery, and client success across the Middle East. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager – Presales & Delivery at Winspire Solutions, he has played a key role in driving Microsoft Business Central implementations across retail, wholesale, and property management sectors. With a strong background in process consulting and software development, Kartikay has successfully led several large-scale digital transformation projects. His expertise spans project management, API integrations, and developing tailored solutions that ensure business efficiency and client satisfaction. Kartikay holds an MBA in IT & Marketing and leverages his academic and professional experience to deliver high-impact solutions that align with organisational goals.

With 14 years of extensive experience in the field, Paresh Bokil is a seasoned Delivery Manager known for his expertise in project management and business consulting. Over the years, Paresh has held various pivotal roles including Business Consultant, IT Manager, Functional Consultant, and Project Manager. His diverse background spans across multiple industries such as Software, Manufacturing, and Food & Beverages. Paresh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has further honed his skills with the prestigious LS Retail Certificate of Excellence.
